We had a Super Super fancy Zarr colt out of Cheval D'Or foaled on 3-13-03. He is very elegant, and has the best mind on a foal we have ever had. Personality plus looks, way to go Zarr. Great work Warioto.

Enjoyed your website! You've got some beautiful horses and precious babies!! My grandpa, Mack Stone, worked there years and years ago, and my dad, George Stone, lived there as a young child. It's nice to see a bit of my family's history thriving still! Keep up the good work!

We named our 2001 TB colt "Count on Me" by Viscount out of Cleaver Caution. His first show was the American Royal at Kansas City. Results-- Reserve Champion 1-3 year olds and 2nd in the 1 year old class. Not bad for a first show. Mike Shilling

Joni,
I don't have the words to express my gratitude for allowing me to purchase the Touch of Class mare! Warioto Farm is the ONLY place I would consider going to buy a horse sight unseen, because the "record speaks" in terms of the quality your reputation carries.
Thank you,

I bought a lovely 02 Zarr filly that I think will be a winner on the line. Out of a beautiful quiet Tb mare, the filly is quiet and good minded like her parents. Very smart and easy to train. Learned to stand on the cross ties in 2 lessons!!She is a fabulous mover and I can see her winning the hack!! Thanks alot you guys, Robin

Once again great job team Warioto! Cheval D Or arrived today, and she is wonderful. Beautiful in the photos, and stunning in person. She is everything you said she was and more. We are thrilled with the oppurtunity to add a mare of her quality to our breeding program. My client is very excited about the unborn "HOPEFULLY COLORED" Zarr foal. We can't wait for February.

Hi Joni and Julie,
It was great meeting you at Warrenton and even nicer to receive Follow The Moon's Reserve Champion BYH cooler in The Sallie B. Wheeler HBNC from Warioto.
This was a dream come true for us.I'm a little embarrassed as owner ,groom, I was pretty grubby for the award presentation. Also still alittle in disbelief that after all the work and a few heartaches it all came together at such a great event.
Warioto has consistently contributed great horses to the show world from your program and outside breeders. Zarr has such a great future. I'm looking forward to the hacks and more with this filly, she has really gotten Zarr's movement she floats across her paddock.
Congratulations to all the Warioto offspring ,there were many many fancy ones in Warrenton this past weekend ,in the performance classes as well as in hand.
Thank You for making our dream come true. Susan and Woodland Farm

Dear Julie & Joanie: Just a quick update on DeNiro(Viscount/SmallChange), he has been a dream to work with and to show. He has consistently been in the top two of his class at every show. At Devon he was second out of a large group of non tb 2 yr old boys. Most recently he was 2nd at the International Hunter Futurity East Coast Regionals in the non tb 2 yr old boys. I was thrilled. At the Warrenton Horse show he was 1st in a large class of impressive non tb boys. Finally he was 3rd in the Sallie Wheeler Championship 2yr olds. What a great few days in Virgina. I enjoyed seeing you both. hope all is well. many thanks for breeding the quality babies that keep on winning.

In my search for a conformation hunter prospect I came across Zarr, a beautiful stallion. I decided my best bet was to stick with a reputable breeding farm.I took a trip down to see him and his newest babies. There wasnt a bad one in the bunch, everyone pretty and a good mover! He puts good legs and feet on all of his babies. The quality of the broodmares is also there! Zarr gave me goosebumps, he is beautiful and the movement is amazing. The canter rhythm is to die for.I handled him and watched him be bathed and groomed, hes very sweet. It was a fun trip.

Congrats to Zarr, and Warioto Farm for their quality breeding progam. Our customer's beautiful Zarr Filly Follow the Moon was just named Grand Champion of the PA Yearling Futurity and Champion Filly of the NJ Yearling Futurity. Zarr's son Paradisio was Grand Champion and Champion Colt at the NJ Futurity a clean sweep for the Zarr. What a great start at stud for your gorgeous stallion. He has such a bright future ahead of him. Looking forward to his next crop of foals.

Joni and Julie - Once again we had a wonderful time visiting Warioto. I knew when I first talked to you that Warioto was the place to send Scilly and it most certainly has been. Fancy That is what I hoped I would get as a baby and more. Everyone is so impressed with how she looks in the pictures Ed took. Comments have ranged from "She's beyond gorgeous" to "What a great job they do there." All true!
I look forward to next year's foal...

dear joanie and julie,
Your stallion "Omega" is a choice every breeder should look into.
we have one of your sweeties, she is the ultimate combination of type and sound mind. its APPARENT that his colored(PAINT) blood and FLASH that he passes along is WHAT EACH HORSE SHOULD INHERET FROM A SIRE,incredible mind and temperment . Our filly's the most sensible, awesome moving, delightful filly we've had the privilege to own. "Tiara" was her name, now its"All Dressed Up". It was wonderful to meet you both at DEVON on Hunter Breeding day(2002). 5th place in that class was super, and it was her 1st time out! ! ! Thanks again for the nicest filly we've ever owned. hope she looked good to you too, we'll take great care of her, Penny and Kelly. Crystal Acres Ponies

On the purchase of 'A Summer Antaries', (a.k.a. 'Tarry'): such a wonderful animal, with good-boy manners and can-do attitude! He is a great representation of the horses to be found at Warioto Farm, and we are delighted to count him among our own now. Everything was professional, and gave us great confidence in the horses, the service and knowledge at Warioto Farm. Exceptional facility!

I recently purchased two weanlings and a two year old from Warioto. It was not only the nicest experience I ever had but the horses I received were beyond belief. They are very beautiful with manners to go along. I just recently had a Devon winner on the line and plan to return to Devon in 2001 with BEST YEARLING AT DEVON! If you are not able to breed to one of their stallions, you should grab a baby because you will never get another one like theirs.
